Find The Right Tools & Equipment At The Utility Expo - The DL S2E42

Find The Right Tools & Equipment At The Utility Expo - The DL S2E42 is now available on Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud, and YouTube.

In the latest episode of The DL, Diesel Laptops Founder and CEO, Tyler Robertson, is joined by John Rozum, Director of Ag & Utility Exhibitions and Events at Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) to discuss expos, recent changes, the current outlook, and how AEM adds value for members.

AEM provides services and benefits for companies that manufacture equipment, product and services used worldwide in the Construction, Agriculture, Forestry, Mining, and Utility industries..

John explains the effects of Covid-19 on the events and hospitality industries and the subsequent changes regarding contingencies, contracting, and communications. As some shows have gone virtual, they do not allow for the  tactile experience with a live event. Shows are evolving to meet new standards.

In the future we can expect larger spaces, improved experiences, and more starting with The Utility Expo, September 28-30, 2021. Other changes to expect from exhibitors will be autonomous and semi-autonomous equipment, as manufacturers improve and build upon technology.

Make sure to visit Diesel Laptops at the Utility Expo - we will be highlighting our newest offerings in truck and off highway diagnostics, support, and technician training.
