The J560 7-Way PLC cable set is used to connect to Anti-lock Brake Systems (ABS) on trailers equipped with Power Line Carrier (PLC) communications manufactured after March of 2001.
This item is designed to be used in conjunction with the Nexiq Universal PLC Adapter (604120). By using these two items, you will be able to connect to a trailer with no tractor attached. You will need to provide a battery so that the ECU on the trailer can be powered up.
